The Public Relations Ministry strives to facilitate, monitor and develop effective communication among church members and all people for furthering the cause of Christ.

What to Expect

The Public Relations Ministry is considered to be a “support ministry” at the Church of Christ in Forest Hill. We support all ministries, events and works in the congregation, where needed, in areas such as managing the church website, developing advertisements, using and monitoring social media, calendaring events, etc.

There are a number of jobs and tasks that the Public Relations Ministry regularly and/or periodically completes, such as:

Scheduling social media streams for services and events

Posting on FHCOC social media platforms

Creating publications

Developing forms,

Publishing flyers, banners, posters, brochures, booklets, cards, etc.

Maintaining the FHCOC website

Generating reports

Facilitating growth and development in the Churchteams check-in system

Assisting with announcements

Maintaining databases

Generating emails

Making phone calls

Proofreading

Performing other duties as they help with better communication for the cause of Christ
