Purpose
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. – Matthew 28: 19- 20
The purpose of the Evangelism/Restoration Ministry is to make obedient disciples who will be incorporated into the church through baptism (Matthew 28:19-20). Its activities involve preaching the gospel (Mark 16:15) and proclaiming repentance and forgiveness of sins (Luke 24:47).

What to Expect
We teach the gospel through various means, such as: using the John Hurt Series, mailing out correspondence courses to the lost and grading them when they are returned, and teaching the gospel through Home Bible Studies, and Individual Studies.

RestorationThis group reaches out to members who miss worship services. We care and therefore we contact members to see if they are okay. We encourage them to return to our body of believers so that we may work toward our heavenly home together. |
Bible Correspondence CourseFor non-members who prefer to study the Bible in the privacy of their own home, we offer the John M. Hurt Bible Correspondence Course. There are eight lessons in this series. Upon completing one lesson, and completing the assessment of information, the assessment is mailed back to us. We check for understanding and then send another lesson until the course is completed. |
